What we collect
- When you order or create an account: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and your order details.
- When you browse: device and browser type, pages viewed, approximate location, and items added to your cart.
- When you subscribe: your email address and, if you choose, your phone number.
- Payments: card details are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store them.
Why we use it
- Process and deliver your order, and send your confirmation and tracking.
- Answer your questions and handle replacements and returns.
- Prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
- Understand how the store is used so we can improve it.
- Send news and offers, only with your consent.
Who we share it with
Only the partners we need to run the store. We do not sell your information.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences and measure how the store is used. We also use tools from Meta, Google and TikTok, such as pixels and analytics, to measure our advertising and show relevant ads. These tools can receive information such as pages viewed, items added to your cart and purchases.
You can block cookies in your browser and manage ad personalization in your Meta, Google and TikTok account settings. Some features of the store may stop working if cookies are blocked.
Marketing messages
Unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, or reply STOP to a text message.
Where your data is stored and for how long
Our providers may store data outside Quebec and Canada. We choose providers that protect it appropriately. We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet our legal and accounting duties.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. Email shop509craft@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
We handle personal information in line with the privacy laws that apply to us in Quebec and Canada.
Security and changes
We use secure connections and trusted providers, but no online system is perfectly secure. If we update this policy, the date at the top of this page changes.
